OK so obviously we need to live in some thing, so we live in huts in trees, i guess u could say tree houses.
We live in the forest and the jungle so instead of having all these animals an that ruin the camp we're protected. It's also great for camoflage

This is the Tribe of Wolves Home page

Tribe of Wolves is lead by Lady Cheif Wolfstone. She was a born leader and skilled with the bow and arrow. Her tribe live up in the mountains with the bear, the eagle and the wolf. They worship these creatures for their strength, courage and wiseness.
There are many other animals in the mountains; the caribou, mountain rabbit, fox, birds. They hunt these and use their meat, bones, skin and fur. They use every part of their bodies, they even use the organs. Anything that they might not use is "given" to their spirit guides, the animals they worship. The hunters of Tribe of Wolves turn into wolves. They will go down the mountains to the Deer Tribe, who they are "enemies" with, and will hunt the deer.
The tribe found a safe place in the mountains, behind a water fall. There is a cave/tunnel that leads out to a large clearing that is sort of sheltered. A pack of wolves lives with them in the summer months but moves on in winter.

Tribes of Valley of Dead Trees

The Tribes:

There is the tribe of the mountains, tribe of the forest and the tribe of the sea.

The mountain tribe is named the Tribe of Wolves.

They live in the high mountains were it often snows and the temperature is usually below -11 degrees Celsius and never above 8 degrees Celsius. They worship the wolf, the eagle and the bear. They are never to kill these animals, as they are spirit guides to them. Their tribe marks are three claw marks on the left side of their face. They chief has a half moon to show power and beauty. Their hunters are able to turn into the wild wolves that roam the forests stalking deer and deer tribe people!

The forest tribe is called the Deer Tribe.

They live in the large forests/jungles around the base of the mountains. They get warm weather most of the time. They have a flood season when all the snow melts on the mountains. They worship the deer and the striped cats of the forest. Even though they use their skins they would never kill them. Their tribe marks are stripes all over their body, to break up their outline, like the striped cat, when they are hunting. It is also to show their strength and agility.

The sea tribe is The Dolphin Tribe.

They live on the coast. They often get the sea breeze, which is warm and gentle like the ocean. They are a relaxed people, like the dolphin that they worship. They also worship the sea in general.Their tribe mark is on their upper arm, a band with waves like the sea and the playing dolphin.

Welcome to Valley of Dead Trees!

Welcome to Valley of Dead Trees.

The tribes welcome you to their homeland, on an island in the middle of the sea. This huge lush island was probably once a part of Canada but we will most likely never know.

There was a huge ice age, around the time of 2052, forcing humans to fight to survive, some looking to the environment, some to other humans. Now it's like 3083 or something cos the ice age has lasted that long. Everything has changed and evolved.

Our tribes here at Valley of Dead Trees emerged from their hideouts after the world had regenerated itself, hundreds of years later, finding themselves on mountains, volcanoes, near the sea or in long expanses of forests. These tribes must find their own way through new lives with all technology forgotten.

They will discover animals, plants, water, hunting, scavenging, language, weapons, wars, but first they need to find life.

If you like the sound of this, please join a tribe and tell everyone about it. -WH

By the way, it's a role play game, yeah, so no little figures that you can move around. - LCH

This is the official start of The Tribe of Wolves territory. The waterfall hides the entrance to the tunnel/cave that leads to the Tribe of Wolves huts and home place. They have very good vantige points from on top of the cliff to spot enemy tribes. It is all very well hidden and a safe haven.

The Cave Clearing

The other side of the falling water

After coming through the tunnel there is the clearing on the other side of the falling water. The tunnel was cold and damp and when you get outside you find it is still rather damp. A small falling water, quite unlike the other one, is running down the side of the small ledge above where the tunnel cave ends.
It is the cave clearing where there are the huts where all the tribe members sleep. Even the wolf pack stay here where it is safe.

This is where you can come, if you are tribe of wolves, to chat and what ever. You can do that through threads only.

Here there are going to be some words from DTV and what they would normally be in now-day English.

Every Tribe leader, and in tradition in the old days in was almost always a male. But here in Valley of Dead Trees females rule the roost.

Rules: OK there hav to be rules, I'm sorry, lol, but it's simple, you obey them and you stay, you ignore and disobey them then you get exiled or fed to the pointy stick tribe.

Be fair.
Obey the rules or be fed to the PST.
No Bullying or be fed to the PST.
No swearing, unless it's in the tribal language (yet to bE downloaded, so no swearing ATM).
If you want to start a tribe you must get permission from the creators; ie, us.
No speaking Lol or l33t!

Clothing and Tools

The tools we use are spears for hunting and we use axes for cutting wood. The spears are designed to make it easier to spear the fish and the axes are small and easy to carry on our belts so we can still carry heavy loads of wood.

Food of the Tribe

If you live in The Dolphin Tribe you live on fish and fruit because you live near the sea and jungle.

Food is placed in a pile of different foods. If you are hungry or have been hunting this is where you come.

Where we sleep
